Project Manager

Charlotte’s primary responsibilities as Project Manager include: managing new land development projects from feasibility through approval of road and utility construction, retaining and managing all professional services consultants as well as working with respective jurisdictions to comply with requirements in completion of each phase of plat approval. Project management also involves managing existing rental properties during the construction process and appropriation of easements or adjacent properties to complete a project.

Charlotte was formerly licensed to Windermere in Federal Way, and Sound Side Homes in Des Moines. Prior to her real estate career she worked in various corporate management positions and as a business owner. She is a master negotiator, an enthusiastic self-starter who prides herself on her integrity and tenacity in tracking deals from start to finish.

Charlotte is married, a mother to 5 children and grandmother to 9 grandchildren. Her hobbies include hiking, gardening and family fun. She enjoys working with underprivileged children mentoring in the past at Des Moines Elementary School.
