Founder

As Founder of Davis Real Estate, Mike oversees the land acquisition, entitlement, land development, and house sales departments. He provides corporate vision, direction for continued growth, and monitors customer service. In addition, Mike serves as a consultant to home builder, and land developer clients.

Prior to establishing Davis Real Estate Group, Mike owned other companies relating to land development, and construction. He has owned, built, managed, and financed over $100,000,000 in real estate projects throughout the Puget Sound.

Mike has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sonja, for over 24 years. They have four children ages 9-19. Mike has served in various community organizations including the Missions Deacon at church, and a board member of Steel Lake Little League. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing, and Bible study.
